I'm a stay at home mom (a.k.a. Domestic Goddess!) to two beautiful children.  I've been married for almost five years to a wonderful man.

I've been into Photography since about 1994 when I took a class in High School.  Most of my pictures though have been the typical snapshot variety with a few landscapes thrown in here and there.

My wonderful hubby finally broke down and got me a D50 a little over a year ago and that's when I decided to be a little more serious with my hobby.  Not too long after I got the D50 my Brother In Law asked me to photograph his wedding (last June), I spent the next six months trying to figure out my camera so the family wouldn't hate me if I screwed up!  Thankfully the wedding was a huge success and I can't wait to do my next one this summer for a friend of my husbands.  I also decided that I wouldn't waste any more money taking my kids to over priced studios when I could do it myself.  Now it's become an addiction!  I love  doing portraits!

Aside from Photography I love to read.  I'm a bookworm!  I love historical fiction the best but will read just about anything.  I also love to cook.  And I love to put all my pictures to good use by making a scrapbook for each of my kiddywinks

Since I am still learning (and relearning) about Photography and especially lighting I'm always appreciative of comments, advice or constructive critisism of my work.  Can't wait to make some new friends and learn some new tricks!!
